For some reason over the last few weeks I've become an old man magnet. These men are like 50s ,60s, and I suspect possibly very close to 70 or older. What's weird is they think I'm even younger than I am. Can any men offer insight on why they think I would be seriously interested? Why would I skip over plenty of 20-40 something year old men to date them? I have no interest in being a widow/raising children alone in 10-20 years.
Anyway to answer the question: no. Though maturity levels can transcend age, I can't imagine what a 50 y/o would have in common with an 18 or 20 y/o.
It seems that some old men have trouble differentiating between real life, and what they see in movies/Hollywood/entertainment and feel that it somehow pertains to them. Sure, if you are an old man in your 50s and are willing to share your millions/billions with a young lady, or are a famous celebrity and being seen with you is something that will get her asked about and discussed, so that she might eventually achieve some celebrity status of her own, then those are reasons that she might overlook the disparity in age.
But if you're the average 50s schlep that makes 100k/yr and thinks he's a ****ing moviesstar in a leased 5 series chasing 25 year olds... just have it in the back of your head that the fish biting on your cialis-munching bait are likely to suffer from a myriad of psychiatric disorders and may cause you more trouble than they're worth.
