Yes, most of the time. This has not always been the case, though. When a woman is younger, she thinks she is sexy and she hopes she is, and she tries to be. When a woman is older, though: She feels sexy...and connected to that is her knowingness that she IS sexy.

I think its because I take care of other people in their most 'human' states, that is, their sicknesses, aging, nakedness etc.
Because of that, I tend to veiw things in a pragmatic functional way. Including myself.
I don't think I even look in the mirror most days.
I consider it a bonus day if I brush my teeth and hair before leaving for work, let alone putting on makeup.
On my day off I will spend time getting dressed up, which for me is putting on 'normal' clothes and actually makeup. Its a little bit of heaven for me to go to the bookstore and then the coffee shop down the street while the kids are at school...it almost feels like I'm a woman, not just this work I do.
I have to say, feeling sexy must come partially from what your partner says about you, if I had one who told me those kinds of things I would probably feel differently.

Another thing! I love my hands they are so awesome and nice. They used to be flawless until I cut myself really bad at work and have a scar now. I can still be a hand model though!
