Medicineman, do you have Asperger's? I think it would help us help you if you were up front about why these simple interactions with people were so disturbing to you.

I sympathize, I really do, but I think there is a huge hole that needs to be filled, otherwise it just sounds like drama of the dull.
I've been called an assburger before..... I thought they were being mean...

Now, now, we don't want to traumatize the guy. Asperger's is often very misunderstood. Maybe he has it and doesn't even know it.

Bill Gates....now there is someone with Asperger's syndrome that has done very well for themselves.

Medicineman is trying to understand motive; where as those who are trying to interact with him aren't understanding him at all. Like the first thread, the wandering around the house like zombies....the texting, the video game, the ear poking, the irratation....there is something here that we don't know.

I am new to this forum, but this is both (a) hilarious (and I don't even know the people or previous threads) and (b) bizarre, that there are already 53 posts on this topic. Better add (c) puzzling that I am so intrigued. But reading the string of posts is hilarious

Yeah, I was thinking the same. From a very brief and pointless scenario we have a marathon thread going.

Ya know, when I first saw the title of the thread, I thought it was about something else I kept thinking, "well, isn't she suppose to"

I've been a member of another forum for about six years. One of the best threads we ever had was started by a regular member's cat.

Yes, her cat.

Her cat had walked on the keyboard, and somehow the thread started with a post similar to this:

.m,adiabng

It went on for pages. http://bestsmileys.com/lol/6.gif (broken link)

What is it in your brain she wants?
