If she were worthwhile in other aspects, I would certainly date her. I don't think anyone is permanently or intractably frigid so I don't view that as a lifetime condition. Frigid women need love, affection, and affirmation just as much as other women and i would try to meet those needs and wants.
I thought frigid women only needed a warm place to sleep?
I think it is due to feeling extra self conscious and I don't want him to judge me.
If a man truly loves you... he will be down with you... you'd be his best friend and he wouldn't judge you... you guys could do things together and be more intimate with him than you'd ever been in your whole life.

You can't necessarily just force desire. You can't just force yourself to change this. It takes work and a willingness to give a little. I'm curious, how does your SO address it from his end? My wife once told me, "I'm a slow cooker, not a microwave." This has really helped me in my approach with her.
Nothing that a bit of sincerity - compassion...patience along with love and tenderness won't cure....besides there is something attractive and challenging about a bitter woman.
I am emotionally very intimate with my bf, but physically it's difficult because when I try to have sex with him, my muscles become too tight which makes penetration impossible. I do feel a very deep connection with him and I really love him, but it is becoming such a challenge to get over this issue.
Also, I become tense when he touches me in a very sexual way. I am not sure what this means. I desire him but I have a very difficult time acting on it sexually, due to freezing up and becoming very uncomfortable.
