Because it doesn't concern them. They will still get the guys they want. Guys that are not successful with women are simply to be weeded out of the dog eat dog world of dating.

It does there is another female poster on here complaining about that right now. She gets lots of dates but not with the men she wants. Its still hard to feel sorry when there are alot of men that get few dates with women they are barely attracted too.
Not every guy can find mutual sexual attraction. The reason we sometimes see unattractive guys with attractive women is because women have a material-pragmatic attitude towards relationships. Many women will outright admit that they've never found their boyfriend or husband to be attractive. So yes, most guys can experience success as defined by being officially attached to an attractive woman.
