Not so much. Regardless of what the other person looks like, a creepy vibe is the opposite of cute.

There is really no exhaustive list. However, the general meaning of creepy for me is.

Getting in personal space when I don't know you,
being pushy,
Straight faced, intent stare.
Mean look.
Paranoid talks
Making plans for someone you don't know
Disregard of boundaries.
following a person you don't know.
Being intrusive.

I generally don't get creepy vibes from people that leave me alone. However, if I catch you getting in my space and acting like you are going to do something to me, I will have my guard up.

This is by no means exhaustive. I've had people display none of these behaviors and yet still raise my skin hairs. Some of them were attractive women, go figure.

Some people go for the mysterious vibe, Esp men. But there is a line between the mysterious poet and the "I want you to come into my van with the tinted windows." person.

Wow, I know someone exactly like this.

Yeah, cuz we all know (insert hot babe) standing in front of you, holding a knife with a psychotic wide eyed smile threatening to stab you to death if you leave her is cute.

Come to think of it... something weird is happening that I must address... be back in a few minutes.

I see this 90% of the time I go for coffee at Dunkin donuts. Had a guy yelling at me just the other day over nothing and he had this look. I left. I just wanted my coffee in peace. here in NY I see people like this all the time, And I must have an approachable look because they come up to me or follow me twice a week on average. Some are goofy but many times I know to keep them in my vision, Because you never know when they might have a meltdown and think "you."

I think you guys get the creepy feelings by how you think about a situation or what you tell yourselves. No event says its good, bad or creepy. Its only that way when you tell yourselves it is. Change how you feel about it by changing how you think about it. I have a friend who has the thousand yard stare, if you didn't know him, it can be unsettling. But he is a ptsd vet and has an eye condition. I learned that by getting to know him and asking questions. He wasn't evil or creepy.

creepy would be what a woman observed in this man's behavior...........

Years back a woman wrote Ann Landers asking for advice. Her boyfriend was a mortician and really a great guy, however, whenever they had sex he wanted her to take a long cold shower then lay perfectly still.

Ann Landers gave a very short reply............" report him to the state licensing board immediately"
