Has nothing to do with "class", need to at least have some "emergency" money in your wallet just in case. Don't you think? After all this is a first blind date you are talking about here.
Well duh, that's why i asked the question to see what you guys thought. That is why i said i don't want to take a chance.
Either do I, but I do hear it on here and from women I date. A former girlfriend of mine was asked out by a guy recently who would not even pick up the tab at MacDonalds
Why would she even agree to go to McDonald's??
I'd totally be cool with Panda Express though. I love that place!
I take the woman to McDonalds all the time, but I show my worth by buying her a happy meal.
I'd refuse to go to McDonald's. Who said buying a meal is a requirement, anyway? If you can't afford to buy real food, find something else to do on the date.

It's all the same. Imagine being on a first date and she needs to buy something for whatever reason. What's she going to do, ask the guy to buy it for her? lol
It's definitely a sign of low class.
However, I don't think the OP shows any signs of being classless.. quite the opposite in my opinion.
I'm sure the guy will pick up the tab, she should borrow 10 or 20 bucks from a friend and if she doesnt need any of it just give it back. I wouldn't try to postpone until 4/25.. that's a long time

What's wrong with grabbing McDonalds? We usually go when we wake up, I get 20 mcnuggets and she gets a happy meal.
