Laugh if you will, but I've given this some thought.

Man in the Yellow Hat: He's thoughtful, patient with George, yet author active when need be. Plus he's intelligent (Historian at a Museum), and seems independently secure (He lives in a high rise apartment with a doorman, drives a convertible, and has a country house near a lake).

MacGyver: He can make anything out of anything. I'd feel safe and secure with him.
