Situation #2 appeals more to me as I already have male friends that are handy that I can use for such handyman fixing. While in regards to Situation #2 if he's one of the best then likely he'll be gone a lot and make a lot of money so I may be able to enjoy as what many of my gal pals phrase as "spending money not spending time with him".

More women than you might suspect are turned on by an analytical mind with orderly thought processes. This type of man is the "Rugged Outdoorsman" of the new millennium, I think. I would certainly relish the opportunity to date a brilliant or even bright man. Constantly having to reframe the contexts and references in my conversations gives me headaches on dates. (not a sexy look)
