Situation #2 appeals more to me as I already have male friends that are handy that I can use for such handyman fixing. While in regards to Situation #2 if he's one of the best then likely he'll be gone a lot and make a lot of money so I may be able to enjoy as what many of my gal pals phrase as "spending money not spending time with him".

I'm not saying that such women are non existent, simply that they are a minority compared to the first option (and current poll of 32% preference reflects it). It's right around what I suspect
