You don't have to fake an erection. Erectile tissue responds to touch and other stimuli. Men who are sleeping or in comas get them all the time.
Men want sex more than women want sex. It's just a fact. A man can have sex with a woman even if he doesn't like her or find her attractive. You said so yourself in another post.
Most women need to find a man attractive and likeable before they even agree to go out on a date with him, let alone have sex with him.
