How long does the pain from the shot last?
I don't remember, I believe anywhere from a day to a week, it's been six months since I last had a shot, I've been trying not to get them too frequently. I had one in the knee and shoulder sometime end of last year. The next ones for the knees will be different, they will be done in a sequence of three sessions, but I'm not sure when I'm going to get them done just yet, probably not for another month or so doctor will call to set them up. In the mean time, I've been icing the shoulder, but it's doing nothing.

Yeah, I've heard that you shouldn't have too many.

I'm sorry about the pain. You must get sick of it. It sounds like you have to schedule a lot around it.

I put up with the pain mostly till I just can't manage any more. So, it's either the shots or pain meds and I'm just not down with the pills. Maybe one day, but for now, I just toss and turn get a couple of hours sleep here and there. LOL It is what it is.

It finally stopped raining here. That was about 2 1/2 days straight. My backyard is flooded.

Well the good thing to know if the water doesn't disappear too quickly at least there's a possibility there aren't any sink holes developing nearby.

Hope you get lots of sunshine tomorrow.

(And maybe you SHOULD have cooked all that stuff on a coffee can. That's where you went wrong.)
