why do people call it sex life? they add the word life after sex like sex has a life of its own while in reality it's only a small part of life, it just doesn't make sense, How is your sex life? what does that even mean? it's like asking me How is your grocery shopping life? How is your exercising life? How is your eating life? eating is more important than having sex, without eating you die, an individual does not need sex to remain alive

A sex life is getting sex on a regular basis. And honestly, how many people in our daily lives actually bring this up? Maybe you and your close friends may discuss it, if that.

It seems that sex is the biggest discussion on this and I'm sure many forums.
My close friends and I never discuss sex so I can't even imagine being part of a group that does.
This part of one's life should be kept between them and their partner but if you read a few threads on this forum you will see the "intimate" part of life including graphic details is broadcast across the www.

If someone were to ask me about my 'sex life', I would more than likely respond with, "And you ask because?" In other words, it's NUNYA (none ya business).
who knows and who cares why they add 'life' to it. Just sounds descriptive to me.
