Was I spoiled/do I expect too much/is this normal?

She sounds awful. The only somewhat redeeming quality you stated about her was that she has a nice body (which you don't get to see or touch very much). Do you even like her? I'd be glad I wasn't going on vacation with her, frankly. Take that week apart to really assess why you are with this person.

If this is how it really is between you and her, then I'm sorry to say but you are nothing more than her comfort/security for not being alone getting close to middle age. Hope I'm wrong buts let's see what happens when someone else who catches her interest comes along. Best of luck to you.
