Do you find that zillow is pretty accurate for your area?
We have found that they are a good $20-30k off the mark here when you compare zillow to sale prices of the area homes
Not sure... haven't really crossed referenced any sales...
The thing is most of the real estate websites all pull data off of the MLS listing services.... so not really sure how the varying sites would distinguish themselves from each other... there is realtor.com and trulia too... I sometimes cross check and see the same listings, but don't know about the inaccuracies you mentioned....
Funny stuff.... just saw a listing online for a unit 2 doors down from us.
We know the people fairly well, at least the usual pleasantries neighbors exchange. We looked at the pics of their unit online and man... those people sunk some dough in their place... looks really nice.. high end fixtures, flooring, tile etc etc.
We got to get on the ball and get our placed spiffied up a bit more....
Sorry to keep talking about real estate people, but man,.... I've been scouting out the Albuquerque area and I can't believe what just 200k will buy there... GOOD LORD!!!!!
Same thing out here is 900k to 1.5m or more depending on the location.
For the past few days we've had lots of rain and I'm suppose to attend a beach party tomorrow The forecast says only a 20% chance of rain, bet my time slot will encompass that 20% portion of the chance the other 80% will stay dry for the other portion of the day. LOL Well they say we're on rain or shine, so looking forward to the event either way I haven't been out to a big gathering for a couple of weeks now.
