And because it does, I think commando in a nice suit, which can't be easily washed, is just disgusting.
I'd also think that would do something to his junk too. Is there an equivalent of a yeast infection for a man? I don't know, it seems too unsanitary for me.

OP, for the love of god, give them another chance.
It wouldn't bother me MUCH, but I would question the practicality of it. As LM pointed out, business suits need to be drycleaned, so unless you dryclean your suits after every single or second wearing, you're basically doing the equivalent of recycling dirty underwear. Ew. If I found out a guy was going commando all the time, I'd be on the lookout for hygiene issues.
And then I'd just wonder about chafing and whatnot - I mean they're designed to be worn with underwear, not next to the skin. I wear underwear with my jeans because I wanna protect my lady bits - the chafing and potential for yeast infections would be pretty epic otherwise.
I sleep naked (can't see why anyone wouldn't, actually), but I like underwear. It wouldn't be a dealbreaker or necessarily squick me out, but it would raise a lot of little questions.
