If it takes you months of a relationship to figure out a pair of boobs is fake... You haven't felt any real ones. Or you weren't ever paying attention when you did.
....what if you were dating and then she had to get them done four years later or something?
She had to get them done? As in, she went through breast cancer or they were disfigured in a terrible accident? Of course I'd stay with her. After 4 years of dating you'd think there'd be a little bit more to your relationship than appearances, anyway.
Fake boobs aren't going to stop me from dating someone, unless they are over the top crazy.
That's just silly.
I understand why some women get them, but others I just don't, I think sometimes it screams of other issues.
For example, I have a co-worker that lost her husband to cancer when she was in her early 30s. She was a nice looking lady, I personally didnt think she was small up top, maybe a B cup, nor was she over weight. In the 5 years since he's passed, she's lost a lot of weight and got a boob job. They aren't over the top, she just made them a little bigger. She's hot as all get out, I've personally always thought that though, but she still doesn't think so. To me, it says she's not dealing well with her husband passing.
If it's a "stripper job", I'd have some fun maybe, but I would most likely not get into a relationship with someone that had a stripper job done.

By itself, it wouldn't make me rule someone out, unless it was obviously badly done. I would view it as a negative, though (not counting medically-necessary cases). All else equal, though, I'm going for the woman with an all-natural pair.
I would not have a problem with it per se, but if she tells me months into a relationship and if somehow I hadn't noticed she had one, I may have a problem.
That seems silly. If you went months without noticing, then it shouldn't make any difference.
As for me, nope, no problem. I prefer real, but I more strongly prefer large.
For me: Natural large > fake large > natural small
