If you go into it telling them you aren't looking for a commitment, then you leave it to them to decide if they're willing to accept it. If they do, there is no hiding or sneaking around. But if you're worried about one of them finding out, that says you're somehow leading each to believe she's the only one. Crappy. There's no need for that.
If it's overwhelming, cut back. Seems pretty simple to me.
