Silly thought, but are the vents open? Also, some houses have (what they used to call) "dampers" that open and close to change the direction of the heat in the ducts. If one is closed, the room will be colder. Check the caulk around the windows. A window that needs a fresh bead of caulk will change the temp of a room.

One of the biggest problems with residential AC is the sloppy ductwork, half the time people are tempering there attic space more than that actual areas down below.
The air distribution I was talking about addresses this concern. If you're getting a good amount coming out of a grill you're probably ok. Each grill typically has adjustments to help either lower or raise the amount of air entering the space.
