Mushrooms are hit-and-miss with me. I do like them, and eat them, but there's also something about them I don't like, lol. I like them best in butter and garlic.

Sea, it really was very nice and if I remember correctly I did that on Easter Sunday this year.
It was a very nice change from our normal steaks, boiled potatoes or meatloaf or pot roast for Sunday supper when we have guests.
