The one we went to look at shows well in photos but every piece of carpet needs to be replaced, the floors are not level, the basement would not even be welcomed by Eddie Munsters dragon.
So we looked at 5 others and this is the last one we looked at today. It has a big shed, a huge garage, on a couple acres, the main home and a guest home, on the edge of town and both homes are absolutely mint condition. The main home was built in 1954 by the current owners and the second home was built a few years ago and has had one person living in it and that is their daughter. Both homes have enclosed porches, 2 bedrooms, a wee bit over 900 square feet, no basement and a bit over our price range.
The photos you will see are exactly as the homes and property look, I don't believe I have ever seen a driveway so clean.
So we will be taking free will donations to help Mr. & Mrs. CSD purchase this home, it is the Holiday Season which is the Season for giving..........LOLOLOLOL
