Hair has a resting period and about every 3 months, you'll start shedding...it's natural. I freak out every time I start losing hair...but it's been happening since my teens and I'm A-okay with the hair still.
I was telling myself since I have pretty long hair that that hair that was in the brush looked like "more" because it was long... LOL.. I hear we lose so much a day naturally... so that that was the line I giving myself.....

It's a good line. My hair is fairly long in back...to my waist and it often looks like I have a ton of hair in my brush. If your hair is long though...it's a good idea to brush from the ends up.

LOL, Yeah, Mrs. Chow has hair down mid butt and she's always telling me the same thing... LOL..... We're like this ridiculous "hair" couple.... LOL...
Remind me to tell you someday about how I found out exactly what trolling for fish in the ocean was, in Mazatlan, in the blazing sun, with a pretty gnarly hangover, lol. NOT a fun day...

It took me years to understand that "from ends up" didn't mean backwards!
