Researchers at Indiana University's Kinsey Institute found that, for single men
and those in relationships, 22 percent in their thirties had sex two to five
times a week, as did 20 percent of men in their forties – versus just 16 percent
of men in their twenties.
Maybe immigration/culture is part of it, but very few men happily go long periods without sex. I think we now have our answer why the men in the Relationships sub-forum seem to skew young.

This study seems to support the 80/20 rule, that 20% of men have sex with 80% of women.

I don't know how you got that out of it. It seems to be implying that the sex drive of 20-somethings today is lagging, and that the problem is due to hormone disruptors in food packaging. It's saying the next generation of 20-somethings could have trouble reproducing.
The 80/20 rule is that 80% of the men chase after the top 20% of women in attractiveness.
Women these days expect maturity and financial independence on all men they date. With the economy sucking so bad, its tough for us 20 something men to find work for making ourselves financially sound.
If I had a 110 K income straight off the bat, there is no reason for me not to date, love, and have sex. I could buy her WHATEVER she desires and have a heart that's willing to do so without a second thought. It takes time to get there, though.
Younger women are not as severely impacted by unemployment issues like younger men.

I'm thinking it's more the obnoxious way many young men go about trying to get sex. See: Threads about idiots on Tinder, OKC, etc. See also: Morons emailing women in their 40s asking "are you into younger men?"

Happily or no, dry spells in between relationships (or even in general) aren't all that uncommon for men or for women. Lots of people aren't constantly having sex.
