This plus the dress/grooming/fitness aspect will do it, as will a more positive attitude towards dating and women. I've seen these change a guy's luck firsthand.

All the other stuff ("I'm still a virgin!" "I'm not rich!" Etc) is nothing a woman would be initially influenced by, because she wouldn't know anyway. You just have to be likable and attractive and get your foot in the door.
