What is there to discuss. It could be one of two things. First thing is she totally sees you as a work son or younger brother type and would like to hook you up with someone. The other is they wanna hook up with you as a couple. I've done similar things before with couples a little older, some husbands enjoy watching their wife with a younger women.
The married cougar I've been talking about recently...
First thing she says to me today is, "So I was telling my husband about you. About how funny you are and how much I enjoy spending time with you. I also told him how you like older women...He said you sound really cool and that we should set you up with someone!"
Discuss.
She was obviously brushing you off.. in the most polite friendly way possible.. And probably wasn't serious about setting you up.
These situations never turn out to be what he hopes, you'd think he'd learn.
Essentially she is telling him she so little interest in him that she told her husband, AND wants to set him up with someone else.
