Depends. Dating may be more easier but finding a quality person for marriage, that's another thing.

True, and I though it would be harder with age.

100% agree with this statement.

In my opinion, dating is not easy. There are so many rules and requirements it feels like a burden and another job.

It's only easy when you are in highschool but I didn't take advantage of it at that time of my life because I was too shy

I didn't date in high school. Hell, I've barely dated in college. Shyness is something. I'm shy just like you.

And remember in highschool girls are not asking the questions below

1. Do you want kids

2. Do you see yourself married

3. WHat do you do for a living

4. where do you see yourself in 5 years

Avoid women with the job-interview approach to dating.

And I find it funny that some women like to throw the "Thirsty" term around because they feel guys are desperate. But isn't asking about marriage and kids in the 1st conversation the definition of DESPERATE?

Some people would say (more on christian environments) that you should avoid "dating" and go into courtship, because dating is nonsense, courtship is knowing somebody for marriage...it may be right or not, but often dating seems like a downward spiral, specially when you are just dating to not be alone.

It's a frozen ^#&@-hole. There's money to be made, but you won't have a life and you'll only see dudes. The only action there is lonely/bored wives that travel with their husbands or the war-pigs that are trying to trap one with money.

… Or so my Cousin says who has worked there and in the Oil Patches near Yellowknife.

That said, It's well worth doing for 4-5 years, just don't get addicted to the checks.

ND is cold and miserable.
This a Canadian talking. Haha.
