Those are some pretty generic requirements... surely easily filled.... surprising that so little came back... that's a small percentage of the total... for sure...
Have you checked match? In my area match is more popular with that age range. I've compared OKC and match with similar demographics and match had 2-3X as many guys. You could always sign up for an account to check, no need to pay for a subscription to view profiles.
Not sure of your age but you could look at expanding your age range just a bit.
How about the woman or men in your area for real life like the lady in the flower shop, bakery and in the bank and so? Don't hang on the internet only just look around in real life too. Or may extend your distance limit. some times people block their own city for an example. As I did block NL
