I have a very gentle heart, and need women who appreciate the softer features in men. I'm also a very strong Gandhi follower, and have strong belief in ahimsa (Non violence towards oneself or others). I usually avoid fighting back as much as possible.

I'm sure that there are plenty of women that wouldn't mind a more Gandhi like peaceful man.
For me any fears I've over come recently normally took only 1 or 2 positive encounters in what I was trying to do. Even though some of the things I was doing were very late in the game I think the level of fear wasn't any different now than what it was then.

But my father is a tormenter. He resorts straight to physical injury within minutes. I don't want him to know about my relationships, through any means. How can I do that. I've got a job from this summer on, and am relieved from parental dependence for finances.

Methinks the girl ain't as good looking as advertised. If I had a dollar for every time I had a girl embellish another woman's attractiveness to me, I'd buy a new Infiniti sedan with cash.
the men on here who bish about women and being 70-yr old virgins all say the same thing
i generally hear stuff about their looks
and i respond with "ugly dudes get chicks all the time" which is true
what it is most likely that they focus in on one chick that is unattainable and dream about them and ignore other people they may have a shot at
i assume most of these are white guys (could be wrong) who obsess over some boney lil thing with bleached hair that they think is "hot"
another reponse i give is to encourage them to find a nice lil starter chick so they get their feet wet in the game and gradually move up from there
some of these guys even have some bread and still cant get any, so it proves that it is on them because bread will get you a woman. maybe not a good woman but a woman
Are you saying they should settle? I am not attracted to most women I see in public, therefore I do not approach any of them. Most of the guys I know will die alone than settle.
I don't think that's how it starts I think guys like that look back and think how the heck could that have been my ONLY option. So not going out with that one girl was signing his death warrant?
The issue guys have is that women can get set up any time any place, its seems like guys have very narrow opportunity and if they miss it they are screwed.
