I was just bored for the most part... There I was doing a search to see if I could find the cute front desk girl at the gym I go to on Facebook. Well, I did and accidentally sent her a request. I was going to cancel it immediately but I'm sure it sends an email out..
I'm seeing someone too.. Just was thinking about her.
Oh well, hopefully I don't look too creepy. Don't need an awkward time at my favorite gym. Haha
Anyone ever get busted doing dumb stuff like that? It's awful.
I was close to doing that back in the spring and almost hit the friend request button but I was so glad I didn't LOL And it would have been worst for me since It was a coworker
D'oh! I've done that before. I wouldn't worry much about it, though-- if she's a cute woman working at the front desk of a gym, you probably didn't even crack the top twenty creepiest things she has experienced from male customers.
And, on the plus side, if she accepts, you might get to know a cute woman. In the early days of Facebook I met several attractive women that way, and even hooked up with a few. It seems to have become less socially acceptable, though, perhaps because internet dating sites have become so much more popular since then.
Not everyone is out to stab people in the back. I'm perfectly happy.
I was looking up tons of old friends and other people at the gym including that ripped guy who deadlifts like 800 lbs. I've talked to her plenty as I go to the gym everyday. It's not like a bored day at home snooping around FB is cheating. Jesus, you people need to relax!
She accepted it and nothing seemed weird at the gym today Just wanted to hear stories from other people. Glad this didn't happen when I was snooping my current girls FB before we really started dating seriously. I just never really thought about hitting that on accident before.
Nah, you're not perfectly happy. If the friend request was innocent, this thread would have never been made. Say, weren't you complaining about girls you've been on dates with being flaky a few months ago (or some other whiny dating post. I get your kind mixed up when reading this section)? And now you make an effort to look for someone else when you finally find someone on the same page as you? Oh well, that's your life. Good luck.
