Most people will not answer this or answer honestly if they do. No different that those surveys about adultery, how many people will answer those honestly?? Yet we see these studies published that say 60 percent of men cheat etc. No one answers sex questions honestly. No offense to the OP but I wont answer this on the internet or anywhere else for that matter. I will say though that if we all obeyed Gods law we would have 1 partner. I know most of us mess up there, but IMO it is normal for people to have a few partners 2-4, but anything more than that would be ALOT. I am not a millennial however and I know they have different values.

He was selfish, old -fashioned at the same time, a toxic personality-he believed in "British education for boys"-ie caning!
and he fully despised the shy, socially awkward youngster that I was ("you have the manners of a peasant" he told me more than once). Of course my mum divorced him quickly, -fled literally that marriage in fact-!
When I came of age, -I must have been around 18- I made the mistake of confiding in him during a meal (I already wasn't living with him anymore , but he invited me for lunch two sundays a month) . I was very insecure back then , and I told him I hadn't a girlfriend, maybe as he was a bold seducer ( he was then with a newyorker model hardly older than me) he could give me some clues ? his answer was : "are you such a weakling to feel stressed by lack of sex ? go see a hooker!" and he -literally-pulled a bill out of his pocket "here, for your hooker!"
