That's defeatist. Never assume anything. When I was in college, a lot of the women were single. They complained about the only dudes asking em on dates were the ones who wanted sex right away. There are a lot of single women at your college, man. But maybe they're not single for you, idk.

I usually never interact with women at my college. I go to school, go to class, listen to the lecture, and then leave. I usually hang out with my friends afterwards.
The ones I'm interested are taken. If she's gorgeous, I won't even try. 99% of time they have someone. Learned my lesson in the past.
Except the last one you approached was a student, and she wasn't taken. The only reason it didn't work out was that she moved away for grad school, or something. You're just cutting yourself off from possibilities, with your attitude. Your experience has shown you the opposite of what you say it has.
