No other help.

I worked a couple jobs all through high school, including working at a bank as a teller. I was the youngest employee ever hired at the age of 17. I learned alot at that job.
I actually thought you said "earned a lot". My bad.

But still learning a lot doesn't explain affording a lot. I learned a lot at my first few jobs as well, didn't really make much $$$ though to afford some of the finer things in life.

Either you can afford to invest and live off the revenue you generate or you cannot.

....or have I missed something?!?
I dont have income from investments.

I have not lived with my parents since I was 17.

Someone really taught you how to take advantage, it's the reason you have bad luck with relationships.
I do not have subsidized loans. My current house was bought on a regular conventional loan. I currently pay $825 for the first house and will be paying twice that for the second house. Nothing subsidized there.

Yes you do.

You buy and sell homes as well as rent property. That is all money invested to gain a return on.
Aka: investment

Accordkng to you this is where the money you make a living comes from.

Oh wait...I forgot you collect assistance

Are your kids young? Are you trying to find a father figure for them?

I'm just trying to get a feel for the big hurry to find a man and settle down.

Just live your life. Focus on yourself and your children. Be a complete person all on your own. In good time, you will attract the sort of man you really want into your life. You'll bump into him unexpectedly one day, while you are going about your business. Like maybe at a foreclosure auction.

And yes, I know some do defy the odds and meet someone significant online. And there's nothing wrong with that. It's just not a naturally occurring way to meet like-minded people.
