From what I can tell he sounds like a typical younger dude (teenager) trying to have his fun. The "I get tired of being with the same girl" should tell you everything you need to know. Can't go by what he says all the time. I definitely wouldn't trust him.

Not everyone wants the opposite sex all over them.

Most heterosexual guys do. Especially the ones who don't get much attention.

I can't see any negatives to that guy's situation, and the fact that he supposedly does points to him being dishonest, gay or just retarded.
