So some of you may have heard the story by now of the WWE Wrestler Seth Rollins and what his fiancee did the other day. During an episode of the company's flagship show, Monday Night Raw, Seth Rollins' fiancee posted naked pictures of him and another woman whom he was having an affair with, who also happens to work for the WWE as a developmental wrestler, on Twitter which of course made it's rounds but was also autofeed on to the company's twitter feed on their website. My question for you is how would you handle such a situation of your partner cheating on you if you discovered naked pictures of the other person on your partner's phone? And do you think there should be more laws to prevent this new phenomenon of "revenge porn"?

I don't think I would do it - but I'd probably want to.

I'm not into that kind of attention-seeking, but it's obvious that a lot of professional girlfriends eat it up like candy.

Meh...
that was probably staged, just like the rest of the WWE.

There should be strict laws on any individual who decides to deface another in a way that could damage them forever.

Yeah they cheated, move on!

The only thing that would merit a switch would be if the victim received a life threatening STD from the guilty parties action.

Just because you want to stab someone in the eye doesn't mean you can.

In this case there should be something done to the poster.

No, I'm not an idiot.

I prefer untraceable revenge. Then it just looks like karma.

No, I don't subscribe to the mindset of that if you're cheated on, you get absolved of all your participation in the relationship imploding and have a free pass to completely destroy the other persons life.

I don't think infidelity is the way to solve relationship/marital problems, but it's usually a symptom of a bigger issue at hand.

Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.

This is not news.

I believe most countries have laws already about broadcasting obscene material...?

A friend of mine is a writer for Gawker and used to write for the Village Voice. She did a pretty in depth article about the guy who started the site "is anyone up?" which was a site that was called "revenge porn". It did kinda start as revenge porn (girls that cheated or did something else really messed up to a guy) but then just became "you're a ***** for breaking up with me! I'm posting all the pics you ever sent me!" Then completely devolved into just hacking random girls' phones and posting pics from there. There's something really wrong with the whole entire thing. I hope something is established to allow prosecution or find the people that are doing it, but laws pertaining to technology are really slow to develop. :/

I certainly understand why she did that, just like I understand why people destroy someone's stuff when they're cheated on, etc ..but realistically should that be legal? Obviously not.
If you think the satisfaction of doing it is worth the legal trouble, go for it :P
