If what you are saying is true and NOT contrived, you unpleasantly remind me of a person I once worked with. He used to brag about how many women he would get to have sex with him, married women, single women, it didn't matter. How many he %$#&ed as he called it. He would point out various women where we worked and say something like "Oh yeah, I got her, she was a good lay". And I thought to myself "No way, this guy is putting me on". Until he tried it with MY wife!! As it was, he was a true sociopath, no empathy for anyone else. Very glib. Very, VERY manipulative in getting others to do what he wanted. No true feelings at all. I hope that I NEVER run into him again as I might wind up in jail. And No, it wasn't hers or my fault, it wasn't anything having to do with us. He was like a predator out look for prey.
Lol where did you get women are pets from 'taken'??? I don't refer to my dog as 'taken'.
Your post implied that women in relationships aren't free to make new decisions regarding those relationships. Perhaps I am a bit biased here, but when I was single I would hit on all women that were attractive and the women that were actually committed couldn't be swayed. The way I view it is it isn't my job to keep your girl interested in you. Plus, some women would say they had a bf, but their actions would speak differently.
Morality is subjective. It can be argued that a bf is a not a husband. There is a reason he's not a husband. That means that either he or she have not finalized their choice for whatever reason. If it hasn't been finalized - it's fair game. That's one way to see it. Does anyone else see it like this?

Apparently the OP does.
