I would be hesitant, yes. That's a nice way of saying "not interested." If you were married to one or both at one time, sure, but the casualness that led to two unplanned pregnancies would likely get a "no thanks" from me... if I were still dating.

It's no different than some men being turned off by a woman having "baby daddies."

Yes, it would be a deal breaker for me. We don't even have similar past because while I'm only interested in a long-term relationship, he already had casual encounters and two unplanned children. No, thanks.

This ^^^^this right here. And to add to this, im even more repulsed by the fact that you are surprised that some women have a problem with your situation. That says a lot about your values and standards when it comes to relationships. Definite pass.
