It's not that I go there to see him. I used to live in his area and I go there to see my friends and go out with them (I live in a very boring town) and if I have time I'll swing by to see him and I'm looking to move back there within the next month. I think I'm looking for more, I wasn't interested in anything at first...

Your "relationship" sounds dysfunctional at best, more like totally screwed up.

The whole "FWB" arrangement is never a good idea due to misplaced priorities.

When my wife and I were your ages we were already married for 3 years, we met when I was 20 and she was 17 but still had the good sense to establish a meaningful relationship first.

I am not wired for FWB arrangement.
