It's pretty common. And it doesn't depend on age, IME. I think Julia & sinsativ are right--it depends on the quality of the relationship and how attentive to her you are in and out of bed. And I use the term "bed" here loosely. If you're both into each other, it happens naturally. Women will take the lead, if they're into you, and the feeling's mutual.

This is exactly right.If it is really good women crave it.If not they lose interest fast.
Wants it everyday just about or at least 80 90 percent of the time
My wife and I are good for 2/3X per week usually, but I know married guys who would be literally ecstatic if their wives wanted it even once a week or so. Some of these guys go MONTHS. One female friend as well, whose husband is happy with almost never having sex, and she wants it at least a couple times a week.

Considering I'm a woman and I'm surrounded by women all the time, and young women love talking about sex, I think I have a pretty good idea.
I've never met a girl who said she didn't enjoy sex. I've met girls who haven't had sex and weren't interested in it. But I don't know any woman who has had sex and become uninterested in it as a whole.
Unless, of course, they're asexual. But that's a different idea.
