I don't compliment women or talk to children I don't know. Just family and friends. I compliment older women I work with a lot, I know them pretty well though.
No reason to risk being called a creep or a perv!
Wish the world wasn't like that though. I've had a few women compliment me on my eyes or body and it made my week.
If you're getting called a creep or a perv for being friendly with women, you're doing it wrong.

One thing is for certain, they always know what they are getting beforehand. I try to maintain my core structure at all times. Often times I am clumsy or unskilled in my delivery. It's unrehearsed and natural as it comes out in real time. Even I as a man don't like other men who always have a smooth line ready to dish out. Most women should be able to see right through it.
I will say that I feed off the energy I am getting. If it's negative and hurtful, that's what comes back out. If it's good, you'll get more than you gave back. If a man doesn't have the money to get out of a jam, he'll improvise if he is worth his salt. I can start a fire with some OOOO steel wool and a 9V battery.
