I disagree... I believe that friendship comes first and if you are lucky... they grow into more.

There's a difference between being a friend "first" and being friendzoned.

Anyway, it sounds like they are already friends, soooooo ....

Too bad for you cuz, you never really had a good woman love you? I've been married for 37 years and counting, and she is my friend, the mother of our children and the love of my life.

....go get me a beer.

That would be the next logical step.

Make it happen.
I can't wait till it does

Are you going away to college ?
Yes, but it's a walking distance from my house so not like it'll be a hassle to see her - if that's where you're trying to get at

I should mentioned this story is about 10 days old, I saw her everyday last week. Now we're off for about 9 days :/.

Haven't seen her since Sunday and I'm already feeling 1,000 times better the last couple of days than I did from the 15th-20th. I guess knowing it was perfectly normal helped me. Thanks guys

OP, listen to the one that's been married for 30+ years. It's not dumb. Be her friend

Go on that date and enjoy

Right, about the friend thing. We seem happy with each other right now. Lots of people have noticed I'm actually happy this year as opposed to the other years (she's new this year).

No, not this year.

I was just getting scared that I was thinking about her too much, she doesn't know this and I didn't want to scare her off by telling her.
