The muscle hierarchy varies by woman, but most of us will take the "dad bod" with a good heart over the a-hole with muscles. By some fluke, I happened to hit the jackpot: good heart + fine piece of rock solid tail. The born loser has to have something go right, eh?
I can't see how any woman would have a problem with a physique like this:
IDK, there's something really hot about a big, muscular dude who's strong enough to bench his bodyweight, but gentle enough to change tiny little diapers.
I have been benching my bodyweight since I was 15. When I used to workout a lot.i was able to shoulder press it one time.

Which leads into another question, what constitutes a good personality from a woman's point of view ? There are a few well established things women expect, but all possible sets of details can span C entirely.
I bench my body weight, because I enjoy it. Its not for satisfying some woman its my way of venting and relieving my PTSD.

He does absolutely nothing for me, and that's the 100% truth. Not saying that there's anything wrong with him, or anyone who looks like him, but, just me personally, I would have no interest at all.
