Glad you got to that...no clue why me trying to respond keeps coming up as a jumbled mess, I just deleted it because it was unreadable and gave up. Probably too many quotes within quotes or something. But we're both apparently happy with how we look and feel, so hey.

It really doesn't take years of time and effort to look good. Just consistent dedication and eating right. I'm not OCD like when it comes to calories. I don't consume any added sugar, sodas, and don't gorge myself. But I also don't do anything crazy like no carbs or vegetarian. Basically I don't over eat and don't eat sweets, workout 3-4 times a week for about an hour each time.

This is my results of only 9 months of working out.

Do you lift heavy weights?

Is it better to lift less weight with more reps or keep trying heavier weights with less reps?

I just started a few months ago I just lift 185 3 sets of 10 reps..I'm only about 5'8 160

Depends on what you're trying to accomplish. Different goals have different optimal rep ranges.

Do you know what your bodyfat percentage is? Are you pretty lean already or do you need to lose some weight?

I think the best approach is to diet yourself down to 10-12% bodyfat, then eat and train until you hit 15% and then diet back down again.
