YES, big red flag! Honesty and openness is of utmost importance for building a relationship! If he can't be honest from the start, how would he be expected to be honest in the future?

If I just met the woman, then it is none of her business. Even after I tell, I'd be happy to end the relationship if they make a big deal over it.

It's about as much a red flag as not talking about one's past sexual experience. None of it is anybody's business unless it is voluntarily disclosed.

No, I don't think it is a red flag, at least not until you have known each other for a good deal of time and it becomes somewhat relevant.

Why would women want to know about a man's past? Women flame guys that want to know about a woman's past relationships. I don't see why this would be any different the other way around.

He doesnt bring up past relationships because a person should not bring up past relationships. The past is the past and none of the other persons business. Bringing up past relationships only causes problems.
