I personally would not go so far as to say that one gender is "more equipped" to lead than the other.

Figures this was the only post you responded to. You are still not really getting it. A leader is say, the coach of a football team...if the team doesn't trust his leadership, they are not going to follow him.

I also think men should have the leadership role, and so do most women. You just don't understand what leadership is.

So, what is "leadership" in terms of relationships?

Op is never going to understand. Reread what they've typed. They've just turned this into a gender bashing thread. Do a better job at entertaining me. *yawn*

I don't need anybody to "lead" me. I've taken care of myself and daughter until she became a self-supporting independent adult as well. I am neither submissive to nor competitive with my boyfriend (who has these so-called leadership qualities in abundance, I might add). It won't change if we take the relationship to whatever the next step is, living together or marriage.

Also, look at their other thread. Something about, "Do men really want to be married?" He's just here to stir the pot; cause a ruckus. lol

Disappointment.

Another "Men should be the Breadwinner and the boss of the relationship" thread in disguise.

Come on now.
