If you like her and want to have more nights, ask her to give you some guidance around gym and maybe you'll learn a thing or two about her, and would like to have a workout with her. If simple workout is too boring, join a boxing club (they know how to burn extra fat in record time).
Or just ignore the issue, as I do I'm not against gym, just against waisting time and money.
So over the weekend I found a girl we had incredible sex then tells me the comment
You need to start working out
How should I feel about this?
My body is average
There is no standard for how you SHOULD feel.
I would feel that the person was overstepping, unless I asked them for an assessment. And I'd probably move on, because rude people annoy me.
Think it more of a boast about her sexual energy level. You can choose to take the comment anyway you wish. But offering to go work out with her sounds like best opinion.
Well, unless she has a rock hard body herself, it's rude (pot and kettle kind of thing). But if you are like an average American, working out won't be a bad thing (considering the average American is overweight). Even if you aren't overweight, it can do a lot of your sexual energy to be fit.
It's rude no matter what. One's level of fitness has no bearing on whether or not it is socially appropriate to comment on others' perceived levels of fitness unsolicited.
Assuming he didn't ask for feedback on his fitness levels, anyway.
