Yes, this is abnormal. Being attracted to the naked female form is normal. I love female nudity. You may want to explore this topic in some sort of professional counseling (sex therapist comes to mind).

Context is important. My wife and I spent two weeks at a naturist resort in Spain, and I can tell you that after seeing naked bodies of every age group for that many days in a row, I became mostly desensitized to female nudity. It evolved into reactions like "wow she has an impressive set of boobs" when I'd walk by a naked woman, rather than an instant state of arousal.
I think nudity is sexy because we keep ourselves always covered up. Like how back in the day, exposed ankles were serious wow moments for most men, because women were covered from head to toe. Any skin at that point is sexy. But if it's always showing it isn't exciting anymore. Taboo things and the imagination are often the sexiest.
So context. I wouldn't say you're weird, necessarily.
I have something similar to the op, but I can still enjoy a naked female body.
But then again, I grew up around naked female bodies. By age four, I've seen more than ten naked females so it don't faze me none.
I see naked people all the time.
I am frankly tired of seeing naked people.
A nice outfit giving subtle hints of sexiness is WAY more of a turn-on to me at this point.
