Thank you for the encouragement, Raena77!

Beyond involvement with the hospital's weight program, I also took part in the hospital's Sleep Lab (run by the Neurology Dept.) and had the Sleep Lab and the hospitals's Pulmonology Dept. test and assess me to see if I have any form of sleep apnea (which, if you do, promotes less sustained sleep . . . which, among other negative impacts, promotes a greater tendency to weight gain). Losing weight and keeping it off must be a coordinated effort attacked from multiple angles (besides proper diet and sufficient and prolonged daily bouts of exercise as a way of life).

As to "hotness", the fact is that you are rather "hot" (that is, a quite beautiful woman). Over the course of time, if and when I've peeked into your profile, which includes doing so just today as well (as I may do with many other posters to learn more about them), I see the ever-changing photographs you place in your profile of yourself over the course ot time and you never fail to impress me as quite a lovely-looking woman. You present yourself very well. And your profile also conveys a quite well-developed artistic sensibility (I also have art school training from my distant past and had served for a stretch of time as a freelance graphic artist).

In short, you come across as a class act and a rather appealing person, Auraliea . . . at least from what I can gauge from your online presence. Kudos to you!

Not yet (as a regular practice). Though I tried it once at home and then in the lab (a CPAP mask) and didn't like it at all. I'm going back for the test results assessment next month with both departments (Neurology Dept./Sleep Lab and the Pulmonology Dept.) and the Gastroenterology Department's Weight Center can then resume working with me, as they'll have the Sleep Lab results. I already have a folding bicycle that I will use as often as I reasonably can and will join a gym (e.g., Planet Fitness, for example, offers a plan for only $9.99 per month). Maybe I'll even consider a personal trainer (at least at the gym). I've got to make weight maintenance into a way-of-life.
