I think men should be responsible for carrying male condoms around. However, it is true that some men will conveniently "forget" condoms fully intending to have sex because they perceive sex without a condom to be more pleasurable.

Been there done that... it was a funny experience. It was with a FWB so expectations was more just out of curiosity... no pressure. We still laugh about it today.
