32 years old, living at home, no money, apparently no job, with a boyfriend who's still legally married with children? You're life's a mess. Focus on getting a decent job that'll pay your bills and moving out before worrying about Mr. Wonderful.

The no friends thing, I can understand. Friends are a bit overrated.
However, having a boyfriend with kids who is still married the woman who had his kids is an awful idea. Also, living with one's parents at 32 is a real bad idea in most circumstances. In a situation where you are taking care of parents who can no longer care for themselves, the arrangement is understandable but far from ideal.
No money is a big issue.
You should probably start over. New job, new boyfriend, new apartment.
