its just photo editing, I don't see too much harm in it. Now if someone posts pics of themselves from 15 years and 100 lbs ago, that is a dealbreaker. I never even got why people would do that. I mean when you meet them, you get to see what they actually look like, so whats the point?
This isn't any different than waking up next to someone for the first time, so I'd say it's fair game. I saw a TV show once where they scientifically proved that Kim Kardashian is actually a hobbit, but because of Photoshop....
Now coconut you know a lot of women don't wear make up and you still love them with a microwave burrito in one hand and a capri sun in the other...
Lol.
It's online dating. Reality dictates, one should expect the worse. From my understanding, online dating can be really cutthroat, so, makeup or not, bad skin or flawless, just as long half their face isnt missing, I can understand someone trying to put their best foot forward. But I won't tolerate down right deiciption; catfished, Lol.
I expect that people are going to put up pictures that they like of themselves. So, in that respect, I factor in a "fudge factor". Was it a good angle? Did they just get their hair cut? Were they dressed up for some non-daily reason? Were they in a place where they were unusually happy?
With that said though, I would expect a relatively recent photo that wasn't photoshopped.
