Depends solely on the situation of course but for me ............

I would first tell them why I was unhappy then if they didnt accept what i was saying or want to change I'd end it

Communication, talk with the person that you are not happy with, work it out with them, keep your issues between you and them without involving others.

Edited to add: LC what time and day is it there right now?

In a realtionship already with said person?
By allowing them the Knowledge of how I feel instead of assuming they already know.

I wasn't posting this for an "answer" or advice I was merely looking for comfort. I already know what I'm doing. That's why I titled it "dealing with heart break"

Right so in other words you don't want an answer or advice you just want people's sob stories to make YOU feel comfortable?.

Right then my first post is how I " deal " with it

I'm definitely not going to stay unhappy, so there's really no other choice, but make choices to make myself happy.
